The location is seriously unbeatable - right on the hill with fine views of the beach! The room itself had a nice design, and despite the rain, watching the waves crash from my balcony was pretty awesome!
Everything else was a letdown. I found rust on the fridge and windows, and there was a weird stain on the bedding that was just gross. Plus, there was scaffolding blocking the view, and noisy party vibes outside my room made it hard to relax. it needs a serious upgrade!

Got new-fashioned double room with balcony when arrived, thoroughly enjoyed that. There were air conditioner, a mini bar, and an iron when we arrived. The service was friendly, that made the hotel great place.

The food was good - a wide range of options. Location: the hotel was close enough to the hill over looking the beach, great bars and restaurants for dinner and the east coast of Australia.

The views here are fine, and the location is perfect for exploring nearby shops and walking trails. While the rooms can be a bit snug and have minor maintenance issues, the friendly staff and delicious food make for a good stay. Definitely worth a visit!

The room we were upgraded to was beautifully renovated, featuring a stunning beach view from the balcony, ducted air-conditioning, and all the modern amenities. The staff were accommodating, especially Leonie, who made our transition seamless. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and local restaurants, making it convenient for exploring. Plus, the dining experience downstairs was enhanced by delicious truffles we savored after dinner.
I do recommend this hotel.

The provided database was user-friendly, making it easy to access information about local attractions. I also appreciated the room's potential; a few potted plants could brighten the space, and modernisation updates to the pub could elevate the overall experience.
My enjoyment was slightly marred by the location of my room, which was next to a smoking area.

The location is absolutely fantastic, with impressive views of the beachfront. Being able to wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the sea was truly breathtaking. The staff at reception were lovely and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms, especially the refurbished "signature" rooms, are modern and comfortable, with attention to detail in every aspect. I particularly enjoyed the fact that some of the rooms had balconies facing the beach, allowing for a relaxing and scenic stay. Plus, the daily room service was a nice touch. I was thoroughly impressed with the value for money and the basic amenities provided.
All was fantastic, nothing to complain about.
